The proposal comprises of a demolition of existing dwelling and erection of two storey detached block with accommodation in the roof and basement comprising of 2 x 2-bed flat, 2 x studio flats with associated parking, amenity space and landscaping.

The block of flats would replace the existing single dwelling, setting back the existing front building line to better match neighbouring properties whilst extending up to the rear of the neighbouring properties to maximise opportunity for our client.

We ensured that the proposed building is sited that the immediate neighbouring building lines are respected, creating a staggered form which supported us immensely with gaining the planning permission.

The scheme benefited by taking into account the positive feedback gained from pre-planning and ensured we fine-tuned our plans to exceed our chances of success. We ensured the units provided exceptional level of outlook which our high quality design together with mezzanine floor for both the ground and first floor flats.

Furthermore, the internal floor area exceeded the required London plan standards to maximise return for our client.
