Planning Architecture oversaw the contract administration and valuations for this project, the client needed support to ensure the project is overseen by professionals and be a mediator between themselves and the contractor.

The construction took some time as there were complications that occurred and Covid slowed the process, nonetheless, the final finishes were as the client required and the relationship between the client and contractor remained amicable.
