The Gym and Offices proposed within the Borehamwood Shopping Centre aim to enhance the visual appearance and viability of the site, our proposal is to provide a Gym on the Ground Floor and Offices on the extended first floor and new Mezzanine floor. Both units benefit from private entrances providing DDA accessibility. Ample parking and easy access to public transport within walking distance of the site is available.

We have been instructed to be involved from RIBA Stage 0-7 by creating and coordinating the design, ensuring all consultants are on track. Construction drawings produced are compliant to all relevant bodies, working closely with the contractor has ensured a smoother construction and handover of the project.
