International clients are always a pleasure to work with as the project can go in all directions. We are commissioned to take the project from RIBA Stage 0-7 by creating and coordinating the design, it requires a keen eye for detail and pushing the boundaries with the Local Authority to provide a home for clients that are used to a larger home space.
The unconventional approach was taken as the assessment of the site has encouraged the curtilage to be extended beyond the expected guidelines and after discussions with the client, a design was put forward for Local Authority and a positive outcome is anticipated.
The aim is to refurbish the property and provide comfortable living space with focus on the final finishes for the dream home, our one to one meetings with our client has given them comfort to take the project from their ideas into reality.
While simultaneously awaiting planning, a preliminary detailed design has commenced with consultants involved to get an idea of price, timeline, and feasibility of their wish list. The client embraces modern technology, smart systems, security and zero carbon footprint mechanical units. Planning Architecture will oversee the construction and contract admin the project by providing continued support for the delivery of the project.
