Planning Architecture was appointment for the redevelopment of the existing single-storey commercial premises operating as a dry-cleaning business (Class B2) to convert and provide a three-storey building comprising of industrial space (Class B2) at ground-floor and first-floor levels, office accommodation (Class B1a) at second-floor level along with associated car parking, refuse storage and cycle storage.

The site was purchased with prior planning application however we were appointment to bring this site to life. We began with the delicate task to discharge the planning permissions along with planning for the proposed change of use to class E.

In addition we managed to also successfully apply for a minor amendment planning application to change the number of units to 3 which greatly improved our clients return on his investment.
