An existing client wanted work done to their property, with a budget in mind and aspirations for what they wanted, Planning Architecture provided the support to deliver the project for the client’s need by desining a single storey rear extension, enlargement of bay window at first floor level and extension to the rear terrace to the dwellinghouse as well as outbuilding with associated landscaping work.

The aim is to refurbish the property and provide comfortable living space with focus on the final finishes for the dream home, our one to one meetings with our client has given them comfort to take the project from their ideas into reality.

The involvement is from RIBA Stage 0-7 by creating and coordinating the design as it required value engineering to ensure it works within budget and timescale, after much deliberation with the client, a design was put forward for Local Authority and Planning was granted. After ensuring the contractor and subcontractors are on track and following the construction drawings provided, the project is on its way to completion and ready for our client and his family to enjoy.
