Planning architecture were given the crucial and delicate task to develop the technical design and bring the project to life.

The project is the demolition a two storey building and erection of a three and part-four storey building comprising of self-contained residential homes, associated car parking, refuse and cycle storages, new vehicular and pedestrian access following remodelling and widening of existing vehicular access and provision of amenity spaces.

Our client purchased the site having already got planning but was left with an immense amount of conditions to discharge. Thankfully our in-house team managed to successfully discharge the planning conditions swiftly and most importantly within the client’s budget and timeframe.

Our role now moving forward is to ensure the build is completed to our specification and within budget.
