Planning Architecture placed a bid for this project to take from RIBA stage 4-7, the proposal is for a part two/part three storey building that comprises 6 flats for a site in Gerrards Cross. The site sits within the Greenbelt, therefore careful considerations were taken to ensure the detailed drawings are in keeping with the planning approved and overseeing the construction process.

After confirming instruction, value engineering using SFS system is commenced immediately to ensure the project is viable to develop and reduce any variations later.

The undercroft area provided required good design to ensure it works with the building structure, M&E and SAP. Our in-House Landscaping design was proposed for public amenity space, and private amenity space for the ground floor flats.

Consultation with SBD and Fire brigade was initiated as the building will be constructed using the Steel Framing System. Clear communication with all parties involved was required as the construction is at handover and near occupation.
