Our repeat client has approached us with this project to take from RIBA Stage 0-7, the intention is to test the waters and see what can be achieved given the site situation.

Our approach has been to demolish and build new a three-storey building with added basement for additional flats for better viability, the flats are designed provide a high quality space and associated parking and landscaping that compliments the local vernacular.

Communication with the local authority has commenced and we are on our way to gathering the final recommendations for the application as it has been a received positively.
