Planning Architecture was appointed to convert an existing office space site to a residential self-contained flats with the initial aim of the client being 12-16 flats.

With our in house architects and precision design plans we successfully are on track to gain planning for 22 residential flats.

The existing site had many variables when considering our approach for planning. The main was parking concerns and regulations.
